FAQ

Questions, answered

A web app that keeps your pet's complete health story organized in one place — records, lab results, photos, vet notes — with an AI copilot that knows that history and helps you understand it, prepare for vet visits, and act with confidence.

No — and it never will. The copilot is built to make you and your vet a stronger team: it checks for emergency signs first, helps you organize and understand your pet's history, and gives you a clean, complete story to bring to appointments. For any diagnosis and treatment, your veterinarian is the decision-maker. If your pet may be having an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency animal hospital immediately.

It's designed around dogs and cats — that's what it has been developed and tested with. Profiles are flexible (species and breed are just fields), but if you have a parrot, a python, or a pony, expect less tailored answers for now.

Only what you and your records put into its profile: the symptoms and events you log, the documents you upload, your conversations, and any vet notes you add. When a question needs information beyond your records, it researches reputable web sources and shows you the citations.
